The Impact Productions agency spawned from just one passionate event manager who was dedicated to creating lasting relationships and delivering exceptional events. The networks that our founder Mike had established over the years with exceptional staff, event managers, entertainers, creatives and clients was enough to set the stage for an outstanding and diverse talent pool like no other. This creative supply chain is now on offer to all of the clients we work with. 

 

Understanding the frustration that comes with finding great and reliable talent was a constant pain for our producers, and our founder Mike, understood from an operational perspective, just how important good talent is in achieving a successful event. 

From operations, hospitality, customer service, security, medic staff or just ticketing, a successful event is highly dependent upon how well the talent is put together and all managed under one roof. With this need comes the requirement for true leadership and that is initially what set the wheels in motion for the idea of Impact Productions and the event management services they now offer.
